A stakeholder map inventories everyone who influences or is affected by a product's decisions, usually plotted on a 2x2 of influence and interest. Product Ops uses the map to calibrate engagement cadence, high-influence/high-interest stakeholders get weekly contact; low-influence/low-interest get quarterly digests. The map is revisited after every leadership change.
