Product Trio
A collaboration model where a PM, an engineering lead, and a designer make product decisions together.
RACI
A responsibility assignment model, Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed, applied to decisions or deliverables.
RICE Scoring
A prioritization framework using Reach x Impact x Confidence / Effort.
Three-in-a-Box
A leadership pattern pairing a PM, engineering lead, and design lead as co-owners of an area.

Interview Loop

Ramp Plan

Stage Gate
A go/no-go checkpoint that an initiative must pass before advancing to the next phase.
